is a Japanese manga artist, primarily known as a gag-manga writer. Usuta often creates strange characters in normal, realistic surroundings. His best known works are ''Sexy Commando Gaiden: Sugoi yo!! Masaru-san'' which was published in ''Weekly Shonen Jump'' from 1995 to 1997 and which was adapted into an anime of 48 episodes produced by Madhouse, and ''Pyu to Fuku!
